Founder & CEO
Meghan brings over 20 years of experience in business development, program management, and subcontract management, including a decade in supply chain leadership with expertise in strategic sourcing, contracts negotiation, and risk management. Her industry background spans advanced airborne electronic warfare and subsea warfare systems, supporting U.S. DoD, commercial, and international customers. Meghan holds a B.S.B.A. in Management from Bloomsburg University and is Cost Account Management (CAM) certified. Recognized as top talent at Lockheed Martin and honored with awards from the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and Southern Tier Opportunities Coalition, she is known for her strengths in negotiation strategy, supply chain performance, and stakeholder relationship management.

Executive Vice president (EVP)
Nikki is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with eight years of service in logistics, leadership, and instruction, followed by more than 15 years in program management across state and local government IT and the defense industry. She holds an MBA from Purdue University, a B.S. in Forensic Psychology, and multiple certifications including Project Management and Cost Account Management. With over a decade of experience supporting Naval Helicopter Programs and Electronic Warfare systems, Nikki has been recognized as top talent at Lockheed Martin and is a recipient of the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Her strengths include leadership, efficiency optimization, customer relationship management, and large-scale program execution.

CoExcel Solutions was founded by Meghan Dougherty, a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of experience spanning leading roles in Business Development, Program Management, Strategic Sourcing and Subcontract & Supply Chain Management. Meghan's experience crosses multiple platforms & applications, and includes a variety of Government, Commercial and International customers. Her ability to build relationships, successfully lead teams through difficult challenges, and her consistent exceptional work product output has earned her several Awards and Recognitions. Meghan's passion for the Aerospace & Defense Industry, the mission it serves and her steadfast drive for performing with excellence in support of that mission is what lead Meghan to form CoExcel Solutions. Meghan's belief is that she can serve the industry best when she can share her passion, knowledge and skillset broadly.
Through the establishment of CoExcel Solutions, Meghan enjoys the ability to continue to support her large business partners as a subcontract service provider and offer small and medium-sized businesses the same level of expertise and exceptional support that is consistently afforded to large companies.
